This case involved severely compromised dentition with significant functional and structural concerns. We restored the patient with a full-arch PMMA provisional bridge supported by an implant bar, providing an immediate improvement in function, appearance, and overall confidence. The patient’s reaction upon seeing her new smile in the mirror was truly rewarding. The definitive treatment will be completed with a full-arch zirconia bridge over the same implant-supported bar.
